These Terms & Conditions apply to the PlayChickenLand mobile application ("Application"), developed by the Service Provider as a free service.
By installing or using the Application, you agree to abide by these terms. We recommend carefully reviewing these terms before engaging with the Application. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or distribution of the Application or its trademarks is prohibited. Attempting to reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the Application is not allowed. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights associated with the Application, are owned by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application valuable and user-friendly. They reserve the right to update the Application or introduce fees for its use at their discretion. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed to you in advance.
The Application collects and processes personal information you provide to deliver its services. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider advises against modifying your device’s operating system (e.g., through jailbreaking or rooting), as this may expose your device to security risks, malware, or operational issues, potentially causing the Application to malfunction.
The Application relies on third-party services, each governed by their own Terms & Conditions.
The Service Provider is not liable for certain aspects of the Application’s performance. Some features require an active internet connection (via Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality if you lack Wi-Fi access or exceed your data limits.
When using the Application outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile network provider’s terms apply. You may incur data charges or third-party fees, including roaming charges if using the Application abroad without disabling data roaming. By using the Application, you accept liability for these charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, the Service Provider assumes you have permission from the bill payer.
The Service Provider is not responsible for all aspects of your use of the Application. For example, you must ensure your device remains powered. If the Application is inaccessible due to a drained battery, the Service Provider is not liable.
While the Service Provider aims to keep the Application accurate and up-to-date, they rely on third-party information to provide certain features. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your reliance on these features.
The Service Provider may release updates to the Application. System requirements may change, requiring you to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing updates or compatibility with your device’s operating system, but you agree to accept updates when provided. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon discontinuation, unless otherwise stated, (a) all rights and licenses granted under these terms will terminate, and (b) you must stop using and, if required, delete the Application from your device.

The Service Provider may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates. Changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms & Conditions here.
